Tuplin Consulting was founded by Rebecca Tuplin, a Human Resources Project Manager with over 15 years experience in internal consulting roles. Rebecca saw a need for HR project management services after seeing firsthand the difficulties that many organisations face in being able to procure suitably skilled short-term project staff, who can successfully deliver HR project outcomes.

When planning HR projects, it is often easy to think your project can be managed by existing HR team members, external consultants or vendors. In reality, choosing one of these routes will often result in the project being poorly executed, coming in over budget and exceeding deadlines.
Existing HR Team Members: our experience tells us that HR employees typically excel at delivering HR services but do not always have project management experience. Project responsibilities are more often than not added on top of HR employee’s “day” jobs, resulting in projects that lack dedicated experience and focus and resulting in employees who invariably quickly reach fatigue and become disengaged.

Rebecca is a highly respected Human Resources Project Manager. Over the last 15 years, Rebecca has gained both functional and consulting experience within internal roles in the energy and resources sector and as an advisor to government agencies. Rebecca is known for the enthusiasm, positivity and energy that she brings to her work.
Rebecca has extensive experience in project managing large-scale, global procurement projects for HR customers including shortlisting and selection of HR service providers, management of tender and appointment processes and change management associated with the appointment of new service providers.
Rebecca is passionate about delivering high quality services, planning and executing projects in accordance with her customer’s needs and delivering process improvements and efficiencies along the way. Having worked in both major and remote locations across Australia, Singapore and the UK, and having consulted for locations such as Mongolia, Rebecca has particular subject matter expertise in Global Mobility and the management of compliance and risk.
